What’s The Opportunity? 

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to RJ Young employees. This role ensures that all company-provided computers, mobile devices, and technology systems are running smoothly — keeping our teams connected and productive. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the technology that supports our business operations every day.

What Will You Do? 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Manage user accounts — including adding, removing, and updating user access and passwords
  • Provide first-level technical support through phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Deliver on-site support for networking and application-related issues
  • Maintain a professional, efficient, and customer-focused approach in every interaction
Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm) in a professional office setting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

What You Bring To The Table?  

  • Required: High school diploma
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Net+ preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A service-oriented mindset and eagerness to support others
