Desktop Support Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
 Location: Morrisville, North Carolina (3 days onsite) + Remote (2 days)
Overview:
 We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide both in-person and remote technical support to end users. This hybrid role combines hands-on troubleshooting with remote assistance via inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop support 3 days per week in Morrisville, NC
- Deliver remote support 2 days per week via inbound phone calls
- Perform basic break/fix services for end users
- Handle email, Azure, and identity administration tasks, including password resets
- Occasionally complete tasks outside standard working hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments including Azure and identity management
