Desktop Support Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina (3 days onsite) + Remote (2 days)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide both in-person and remote technical support to end users. This hybrid role combines hands-on troubleshooting with remote assistance via inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite desktop support 3 days per week in Morrisville, NC
  • Deliver remote support 2 days per week via inbound phone calls
  • Perform basic break/fix services for end users
  • Handle email, Azure, and identity administration tasks, including password resets
  • Occasionally complete tasks outside standard working hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments including Azure and identity management
