Desktop Support Technician

Employment Terms:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Length of Contract - August until December
• Work type - Full time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows 10 to 11 migrations and laptops/desktop deployments
• Deploying pre-configured system images onto machines and delivering them to end users
• Troubleshooting & support

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a user-focused approach.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
