We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-focused Network Administrator to support and maintain the IT infrastructure of our healthcare organization. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of systems that support patient care, clinical operations, and administrative functions. This position is in-person only.

Position Summary: The Network Administrator maintains broad support of all corporate IT network systems, services, software and hardware.

RESPONSIBLITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and structured cabling.
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Monitor system performance, maintain documentation, and report key metrics.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple sites.
- Manage operating system installations, updates, security patches, and configuration changes.
- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Deploy and manage virtualization platforms.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, gateways, Wi-Fi access points, and routers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support IT operations and projects.
- Participate in planning and implementation of enterprise hardware systems and architecture.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and internal IT policies to protect patient data and privacy.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Associate’s degree required
Skills and Experience:
- Five (5) years’ experience preferred
- Network Infrastructure Management: Proficiency with Cisco, Ubiquiti, UniFi, and MikroTik devices.
- Windows Server Administration: Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and OS updates.
- Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ability to track performance metrics and resolve technical issues.
- Hardware & Software Installation: Including servers, NAS, and backup systems.
- Cloud Services: Experience with Microsoft 365 and related cloud-based tools.
- Structured Cabling & Low-Voltage Systems: Understanding of physical network infrastructure.
- Documentation & Planning: Ability to maintain accurate system diagrams and participate in IT planning.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with staff and vendors.
- Independent Work: Comfortable managing systems across multiple sites with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
- Drivers license with a minimum of 5 years licensed driving experience, insurance
