Job Description Summary 

IT Administrator will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring system performance, security, and availability across all departments.

Essential Duties

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  •  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability 
  • Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings and ensure compliance with security policies and access controls. 
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues 
  • . Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, network layouts, and procedures 
  • Ensure proper licensing and compliance with software usage policies 
  •  Configure switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment

 

Competencies, Experience, and Qualifications Required 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT Administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft platform and Azure Tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Azure experience
