| Join our team as the Desktop Support Specialist! As our Desktop Support Specialist, you will be the in-office IT backbone. You'll provide hands-on support for employees, maintain identity systems, and manage the tools that power our global operation. This role requires a strong mix of technical troubleshooting, process discipline, and customer service. End-User Support
	
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), printers, and peripherals.Provide support for email, VPN, and collaboration platforms.Assist with setup and onboarding for new employees (hardware + accounts).Identity and Access (Active Directory/JumpCloud)
	
Create, modify, and disable accounts across Active Directory, JumpCloud, and related SaaS platforms.Manage permissions and groups in Microsoft365, Google Workspace, and other Systems.Maintain security compliance across accounts with least-privilege access.System Administration
	
Support office networking (Unifi / Ubiquiti phones, network, and VPN).Maintain and troubleshoot accounts across:
		
Collaboration and Productivity: Email, file sharing, project/task management, and communications platforms.Operations and Logistics: OMS/WMS platforms, 3PL systems, ERPs, and carrier integrations.Security and Identity: Directory services, password management, phishing/security tools, and endpoint protection.Finance and Business Systems: Payment platforms, HR/payroll systems, and reporting tools.Process and Security
	
Manage IT onboarding/offboarding (hardware, accounts, security tools).Track hardware/software inventory, ensuring license compliance.Document solutions and build knowledge base articles for repeat issues.Other duties as assigned   What You Bring to the Table 
2-4 years in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or System Administration.Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.Familiarity with cloud SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft365, Slack, etc.).Basic networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Strong troubleshooting ability and customer-service mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.   Nice to Have 
Experience with JumpCloud or similar cloud directory solutions.Familiarity with OMS/WMS or ERP platforms.Exposure to endpoint security or SIEM tools.Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).   Additional Details
